Is it free to join EastWestLove.com?
Yes. Membership is free to use for as long as you wish, and allows you to freely search profiles and send greetings. If you wish to send messages (which may include contact details) at any time, you need to purchase credits.
How do I set or change my Avatar?
After you have logged in select the album where you have uploaded the photo you want to use, then select the photo, and then click the Set as Avatar link in the menu on the left.
I am having trouble with PayPal.
If you receive a message from Paypal saying you cannot use the card you are trying we are advised it may simply mean they could not get through to your card company at that time and you should try again 30 minutes later. Also, if you keep getting sent back to the same paypal pay page repeatedly after you have tried to submit your payment, then you need to clean out your browser cache. If neither of those steps work please contact us and we will try to sort it out for you.
